Any changes made in HiBob, such as employee details, contract updates, or salary changes, are automatically transferred to the payroll system. Changes made directly in the payroll system are overwritten by the data from HiBob, keeping HiBob as the single source of truth. The only information that flows back from a payroll system like Zenegy or DATEV to HiBob consists of payroll documents, such as payslips and annual statements.
